Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English model, actress, and TV personality who rose to fame during the 1990s after she became Hugh Grant's girlfriend. In the 1990s, when Grant was the center of media attention because of his global film's box office success, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Hurley accompanied Grant in an elongated black Versace gown that was held in place by gold safety pins. Her appearance gained immediate publicity from the media. Hurley has enjoyed a thriving professional career, however her connection with Estee Lauder cosmetics is the most important. Hurley was first offered a modeling gig at the Estee-Lauder company at the age of 29 years old. Since then, the company has employed Hurley as a model for their products particularly for perfumes including Sensuous Intuitions and Pleasures. Vanessa Kensington is her best well-known role in her roles in the Mike Myers spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me Both of which were huge hits. I Kissed a Girl became an international number-one single due to the combination of titillation with a polished melodic tune. It also helped her sell a number of albums, including One of the Boys. Hot N Cold's sharp and bouncey second track was extremely popular. The album Perry wrote in large part was sold to over 3 million people.
